Marcos Granda was very professional and knowledgeable in his handling of my loan. Very friendly and down to earth to deal with. I also give high marks to his assistant Sandra for her efficiency and patience. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in dealing with them. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends who might need refinancing or as lender in purchasing a home.

We refinanced our mortgage and because we came from a couple loan modifications in the past we had a deferred balance that made it tighter to meet 80/20. Not only Marcos helped us on some fees to meet it, he gave us the rate we want. He also has an amazing team who helped a lot to make it pain free. Will definitely recommend!
