Marcos Granada and his staff are very pleasant to work with. Not only did Marcos and his staff help me with a refinance and 2014 to eliminate property mortgage insurance they also financed the same home and closed the loan in 2013.They are very friendly,knowledgeable,educated, and up-to-date on today's market. Marcos and staff were excellent through the whole process and reduce my monthly mortgage payment by $330.00 and helped me pay off $17,000.00 total credit card debt. Their efficiency and professionalism is greatly appreciated. They were great and help me get my beautiful home 2 and half years ago and now got me an awesome refinance to get rid off my PMI and debt. Marcos was a god sent to work with. I came to Marcos about to lose my loan for a second time with a previous lender. Marcos was our lender on our initial home purchase. With the great service for our tricky loan qualification situation, he was able to come through while giving us assurance and confidence along the way. When it came time to for our home refinance, it was not even a question. Marcos had our loyalty from the beginning. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I did.
