Anyone looking for a home loan or refinance should think about this. Marcos Granda at American Pacific Mortgage helped us when everyone else we had talked to couldn't, and I had talked to many lenders. He wasn't actually like dealing with or talking to a bank, but more like a friend. What was that worth? I wanted to thank Marcos and Armando for helping me get a home loan. As a business owner I can appreciate how knowledgeable they both were in helping me qualify. Getting qualified for a loan and going through escrow can be a daunting experience. But Marcos stayed on top of everything and really was successful in pushing escrow to close on time. Communication from Marcos and his staff was top notch from start to finish. We were extremely happy with his attention to detail, his knowledge, and his helpfulness. Our refinance closed within the predicted time frame. There were no unexpected surprises or problems.
