Simply an Amazingly Good Experience I cannot say Royal was the first organization I contacted but they were the best by far. Quick and Painless I had the absolute best experience with Maricia. The entire process took less than 30 days to complete. I’ve never had a mortgage lender move as quick as Royal United. Maricia Quesada is phenomenal! Maricia is incredibly knowledgeable and proactive. She managed my expectations brilliantly and met all of the goals of our refinance. There were a few small hiccups along the way that might have made my particular application process painful if I had been working with a less brilliant officer.
