Maricia goes the extra mile! This is my second loan with Maricia. The first was to refinance my house a few years ago and now the second was to purchase a condo in Florida. There were a lot of obstacles that occurred which delayed closing by 5 days which were out of Maricia's control. The appraisal took too long to get us the report and the condo association fell short on the Federal questionnaire meaning my down payment had to be 25% instead of 20%. It was a good experience throughout the whole process The entire process was very stressful for me. I was refinancing a condo from my mother’s estate. Marrissa and everyone at Royal United were very understanding about my situation. And made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful for me and my entire family.
Overall a good experience Maricia Quesada made it easy to navigate this complicated field. Very pleasant. For the most part I was able to understand it, even though as an engineer this topic is one I usually avoid. But not with Mrs. Quesada.

It was a very good experience. This was my second refinance with them. The process was very comfortable and easy. Maricia was very helpful through it all. She did an excellent job of keeping me informed.
