3rd time's the charm As some have said, this was not our first rodeo! By far this was the easiest and best handled mortgage processing we have ever experienced. Maricia kept us informed and explained everything we should expect. Outstanding performer! Royal Mortgage as a whole is well put together an coordination is definitely at the top of their list. Amazing I needed to get this refi done quickly. Ms. Quesada was responsive, informative and effective. She might work as many hours as I do. Royal United may not be the cheapest, but they were definitely the fastest. Faster than the big blue cross bank as well as the Detroit outfit that rhymes with sicken—even though I’d used both in the past and hadn’t changed jobs, both of those refi’s took over a month. This was a great experience; my goal was her goal.
