This was an excellent experience! Maricia Quesada was awesome to work with. She is very professional & through. Whenever i had a question, she was always an email or phone call away. The entire process was so easy. All paperwork was sent electronically, all phone calls were done with my schedule in mind. The entire process was fast & smooth. Under 10 days for closing!!
On the Money The whole process was complex but Maricia kept it simple for me to understand. Communication was excellent, no questions left unanswered. Process broke down a few times but she held it together for us. Highly recommend her to anyone that has a refinance need.
Wonderful experience! Maricia Quesada was very personable and easy to communicate with about concerns and questions with refinancing mortgage. She always responded quickly and was available by phone/text/email which made the whole process convenient. She was very knowledgeable, kept the process on track and kept me informed of every step. Awesome experience Maricia Quesada was the person who helped us when we got our home equity loan. She was incredible. I have never done a home equity loan. She walked us through it and answered the many questions we had. She got us the best deal with the best interest rate. Maricia is a great employee to have with any company.

Above and beyond Maricia treated me like a good friend throughout the entire process. Any questions i asked were andwered immediately, sometimes by phone. I would recommend Maricia as the perect loan officer.
Couldn't Have asked for anything Better Since I was being forced to refinance after a sale of my mortgage and 15 months with a terrible loan servicer, I had a really bad attitude about this whole process.
