I spoke to two other loan institutions (which was a waste of my time) before I spoke to Maricia Quesada, I was looking for a home equity loan but Maricia showed me the advantages of refinancing my home compared to a home equity loan. Excellent Loan Officer Maricia !!! I never re-financed my home before and I cannot praise Maricia enough. Maricia did an excellent job for me and made it so easy. Quick turnaround I made initial contact with Maricia on August 30. Today is September 29, and everything is finalized and ready to close. I'm doing a refinance on an owner-financed home; I never expected it to go this smoothly or quickly. Home Loan After making contact with Maricia, she went out of her way to make my loan happen as soon as possible. On the day of closing Maricia had taken the day off, but she had provided us with her personal phone number. Thank goodness she did as our notary had given the incorrect address for closing, I called Maricia and not only did she find the correct address her office also called to make sure that we had found the correct building to close the loan. Quick and Painless We had been wanting to refinance for quite some time as we still had a high interest rate on a mortgage we took out 19 years ago.
