It was a very efficient and professional experience. I haven't taken a loan out in quite some time. It was easier than I thought. Very professional from the time I walked in the door. Wonderful customer service. Alexandrea was so nice. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly in layman's terms and most pleasant to work with.
