The loan process itself was very easy and not complicated. The loan officer (Tabatha) was NOT very personable at all. I’ve had friendlier experiences. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the loan itself as it was much needed. I order to attract future clients, I suggest being cognizant of how you present yourself to customers. If you didn’t have customers, you wouldn’t have a job!
