Jessica made me feel very welcomed and helped me all she could. While the APR is kind of high, I am on the longest replacement plan and I was in a pinch due to my wife’s recent surgery. I will definitely do business with them again in the future!

Sorry for the delay in responding to your survey. As you are aware I was in a lot of pain doing the process of my loan. I have nothing but high praises for the services that I received during my visit to the Rocky mount location. I was lucky and pleased to have Mrs. Peggy to assist me with my loan, who displayed fully professional duties and kept me updated through the entire process. Pleasant attitude. Answer all questions with facts to back it up. Very please with my visit.
I applied online for a loan and Mariner was one of my options which is located in Huntsville and I'm located in Gadsden. And the process was very simple I was approved in minutes. Mrs. Angie was the best. For whatever you're situation is please give Mariner a try first. The worst thing they could do is say no. But that's any loan company. Call Mariner

Well, loan process was easy, but lack of professionalism needs to be beefed up. I look at cleanliness of offices too, the office smelled. Other than that was a good experience.
