Working with vandyke mortgage way a great experience. Mario II and the whole team made it a very easy process. They communicated with me very well and kept me informed with all the closing costs and crucial numbers the entire time. I will choose then again when I purchase a home.
Mario was my main contact and he was so friendly and communicated well. This was not Mario’s fault! BUT, we were scheduled to close on a Friday the 25th. We were suppose to be out of our apartment before the 1st of the month (which everyone knew). We didn’t close until Wednesday the 30th. We had less than a day to move. We couldn’t get moved in one day so we are having to pay our leasing office extra unplanned money for not being out. VanDyke dropped the ball and we have to pay for it.
I was frustrated with my home buying process when I first went through a different mortgage company trying to get preapproved. The previous company wanted a high amount for closing costs that just was not affordable for me. I was very satisfied with my first conversation with Vandyke Mortgage.
The whole process was transparent and thorough.
Mario/Vandyk helped me get into the perfect house for me without any hang ups whatsoever. I was very happy with my experience.
