From pre-approval to inspection to appraisal to closing, everything was handled quickly and efficiently with a lot of communication from Mario and clarification of any questions I had about paperwork that was being sent for signature. This was my very first home purchase and working with VanDyk Mortage made this process seamless and made me way less nervous about this huge life decision.

When we were contacted about refinancing we weren’t sure it was the best option but Mario was able to set up a meeting with us and go over our options and how we could refinance and still keep things within our best interest !
