This is my second time working with Mario and once again he knocked it out of the park. I was updated throughout the entire process, every step of the way. Mario Flores was very helpful at Vandyke mortgage! Highly recommend going through them. They communicate well and when you don't understand something they make it so you can understand better. I enjoyed the videos through email each step of the way!
As said before, Mario Flores made everything almost criminally easy. While other mortgage companies put you through the ringer and come across as brash and impersonal, Mario was like a candle in the window on a cold, dark winter's night.
Friendly service and very easy to work with
The experience was okay! I found myself having a lot of trouble with the online documentation process. I admit that I could use a little refreshing with My Technology usage. For the most part, my overall experience working with VanDyk Morgage was a great one!
