Everyone I talked to from VanDyke was friendly and helpful. Mario answered every question I had whether I called or texted, and they made the whole mortgage process understandable and less stressful! I especially loved the little videos I got that explained what step we were on and what was happening. Overall the best using process I have ever had!
Start to finish was a great experience. Started by building my credit almost 2 years ago to prepare for a loan and now i have a place to finally call my own! Hats off to the team!
When I had questions I knew i could call mario for any questions. He also would call or text me when he needed paperwork so we could keep the process going.

Mario was always available to talk even on weekends he was willing to help me understand things I didn’t and even when i got a little mad he didn’t lose his cool he let me know it would be okay! If i had to do it all over again i would make sure i went to Mario!
