It’s pretty rare finding a transparent lender who really knows about their job. He not only answered all of my very inane questions but he also took the time to explain some of the mechanics behind it if he had the time. Not to mention, Mario was the real MVP when it came to our house offer by assuring the sellers we would get our closing done within 25 days which in turn got us to beat out the other offers.
