I wish he could tell me how much total I have to pay at the end for closing since he knew how much I had in my bank. It was my fault too, but it was my first time to buy a house he could explain little bit more. I was not planning well or prepare of my finance for closing. I used all my money I had in my bank, and I only had 300 in my bank at the time. Now I have to borrow money more.
