Today Mark's day 76 since I sent my license to Mark Baker. I was told 30 to 45 days. Like I said this is day 76. I closed on May 20th with the notary. I was issued a wire transfer that cost me $15 to process. The mortgage on the house was paid off this morning. But was told by tittle company on May 24th don't overnight checks to pay off the credit cards( PNC Bank, Capital One & J C Penny). There to small and can't afford the extra cost. There were to many miss steps associated with the refinance. We were really upset with the appraisal being late and the values received. This was the second time we had issues with appraised values especially when compared with Zillow. This was very disappointing and it cost us a lot of money.
