Mark always explained things, I just hope I am able to drop rate some in six months without too much upfront cost. This was only thing I did not fully understand.

Mark was absolutely wonderful. If I had questions/concerns, regardless of time of day, he was more than willing to help. We ran into a few snags here and there, but he was always able to walk us through the issues and help talk me off a ledge when nerves took over!

Mark was absolutely amazing... keeping us posted every step of the way. If I had concerns or questions, he was there to assist with no hesitation. There were a few changes and hiccups in working with the processor to prepare for the underwriters/closing, but he explained everything that was happening, how it would affect things and helped me stay calm.
