Friendly staff. Beautiful office. Dr. Cohen has a great bedside manner. He shakes your hand and listens very attentively. He has lots of ideas to help with pain too. He answers all of your questions. I waited a long time to find someone like him! I have HOPE again! :)

My 92-year-old mom was in so much pain she was unable to walk. She saw him at Boca Regional Hospital and he was very caring and did a trigger point injection that got her back on her feet quickly. She was able to be discharged from the hospital quickly and is now back at home. We will be following up with Dr. Cohen at one of his offices.
Best DOCTOR EVER!!!!!!! Went to him a few months back because I have lower back pain. Every pain management doctor only wanted to prescribe narcotics to just cover the problem. Not Dr cohen he wants to solve the problem! Prescribed physical therapy and gave me a trigger point injection which made me feel amazing. Not to mention how gentle and compassionate he is. I highly recommend this doctor.
Dr Cohen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had for pain management. And he pin points the exact spot for my cortisone shots. Very professional, definitely recommend.

Dr. Marc Cohen has been my pain management doctor for about 3 months. His "bed side manner", follow-up, and responsiveness is by far the best I have experienced with a specialist in my 40+ years dealing with doctors treating migraines. Dr. Cohen is a great doctor. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen by him for a doctors visit, even if I am late. He is very professional and personable.
I'm usually pretty extensive in my searches for doctors, but after the first visit with Dr Cohen I was so impressed I knew I didn't have to look any further. I've been dealing with knee pain for about a year and the previous Orthopedist I was seeing didn't properly diagnose my pain.
