Mark spent time with me at each step of the loan process, explaining what would happen next as well as options. It was critical that we get pre-approved for a loan so that we could move quickly when finding the house we wanted, and he made that very easy. When we put money down on the house, he consulted with me at each step so that I understood what was required. We closed on the house 27 days after we put money down which is incredibly fast. At no point during this process was I concerned.

There’s too many to list. I wasn’t told some things when he said I was told which now I have to pay 100 more on my house payment which SUCKS. Cause I’m a single mom doing this on my own. Also he would lose paperwork and and make me resend it which pushed off the buying of the house. He blamed ME! I had an amazing interest rate and nope didn’t end up getting that. It was up which raised my loan amount and my monthly amount which really TICKS me and my in laws off bad! There’s more to say too
