Maybe Mark’s pushy approach works for bullying senior citizens, but his approach was overly aggressive. After one phone call with Mark I was 100% not going to continue the refinance. Tracey Rohlfing salvaged this particular transaction and she was great to work with. She took the time to explain the refinance and answer my questions.

The online documents and actual signatures require your client to be able to print documents and scan/fax return them. Not everyone has that capability from their home. I made several trips to the county library in order to provide the requested information. I found this to be an inconvenience. The app did not always allow access as intended.

Cons: The closing was 4 hrs delayed because the paperwork was not completed. The questions being asked should have been done prior. Mark was out of town the day of closing & the processor came in late. The final amount of the loan was never decreased as requested so we got ~$5K refund check that was towards downpayment. No follow-ups after closing to discuss issues emailed to them. Pro: He communicated well about getting rate locked in low.
