I honestly feel like I wouldn't have made it through this process as a first time home buyer without Mark. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, approachable, and just a generally amazing person to work with. I would recommend Mark to literally anyone looking for a loan officer. Can't thank him enough for all the time and effort he put into helping us, it really made all the difference for our experience.

Mark was always responsive to our many questions. He consistently provided detailed answers and explanations. Mark was very reachable via text. He watched the market to make accurate decisions regarding when to lock interest rates. I believe Mark is trustworthy and honest. I am relying on Mark to provide future guidanbe so we know when to refinance to a better interest rate and mortgage terms

He never sugar coated anything! Up front about all our debits and that we were going to get rid of them with the equity we had in our home for sale!
