Mark is the best of the best. He is the real deal. Some agents may say, "yeah I'm always here, whatever you need" but they don't really mean it. When Mark says that, he means it! He is on top of all details from start to finish. I can text him anytime I get a bogus offer in the mail saying rates are dropping, and he'll confirm it isn't legitimate, but when rates really do drop, he'll contact me right away to get me the best deal. I highly highly recommend working with Mark Hayden!
