No Fear! Super dental office and super people!
High quality service! When I am seen at Dr. Helm's office I feel very warmly welcomed and Jean, my hygienist is excellent and takes the time to be personable and does such a great job cleaning my teeth! I am quite pleased with Dr Helms as my dentist! He runs a first class practice!!

Best Dentist in Raleigh I have been going to Dr. Helms since 1998 and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a true gentleman, talks to you like a normal person and goes out of his way to not cause you pain. His staff is super efficient, friendly and caring, most especially Jean and Wendy.
Dental cleanings, crown I have always had a great experience whenever I have to have any dental work done with Dr. Mark Helms. The environment is always professional and upbeat and he and his assistants work very well together! He is also great about answering questions and explaining procedures you might have. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Helms!

I have been a patient of Dr. Helms for many years. I can always count on his office to see me in case of an emergency. I have twice yearly cleaning exams and I have always had a positive experience with the dental hygienists. I definitely recommend his practice to everyone.
