I love coming to Dr. Helms office. The staff is very, very nice and curtious. They are all very professional. I especially appreciate that Dr. Helms is completely honest and would never recommend any Dental work unless it was completely necessary. Thank you,

I have been with Dr. Helms for 4yrs and he is the only dentist I ever walked back into the office. The staff is awesome and Dr. Helms is very understanding and caring when it comes to your fears or concerns. He doesn't just listen he really heard you and takes the time you need to talk with you. His staff is supportive and caring as well. Dr. Helms doesn't talk at you he talks to you and really explains to you why things need to be done. I have and will recommend anyone to him that needs what this office has to offer.
Best Dentist Ever I had the fortunate luck of calling Dr.Helms office when looking for a new dentist in December. I've never felt more comfortable not only with a dentist but with an entire staff. I could tell they treat their patients like they are family. I get extremely nervous with dentist as I've had several bad experiences in the past, typically preferring to be sedated, but I didn't feel the need to be sedated at all. Dr. Helms is excellent, highly skilled and very professional, besides being warm and friendly! I had previously traveled into Chapel Hill for dental care so I'm exceedingly glad to find a great dentist in Raleigh, about 15 minutes from where I live, and reasonably priced. Our entire family goes to see Dr. Helm's and his staff.They treat us like family, their care goes above and beyond. While going to the dentist has never been something I look forward to, since finding Dr. Helm's and his staff, I no longer drag myself to the dentist. I never wanted to have to go to a specialty "children's " dentist, with characters , toys etc. that are specific to children, just because I wanted them to feel comfortable in a regular dentist office.
