My dental experience was a true breeze. The offices were well-appointed, my hygienist was competent and friendly, and the same may be said of Dr. Helms. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience. And my teeth are so clean!
To everyone in Dr. Helms' office: I rated this visit today "5 star", as each person I interacted with treated me like family. I could not have asked for a better experience, even having Dr. Helms take time to answer my question about "What is new in the field of dentistry", which made me feel like I was the only patient there. I highly recommend Dr. Helms and his staff, as they are friendy, courteous, and most important very professional.
It isn't very often you find a dentist that you actually look forward to seeing, but Dr. Helms is the exception. He and his staff are so knowledgeable, personable and far exceed my expectations. All six members of my husband's family have been seeing Dr. Helms for many years and I look forward to taking my family there as well. Thanks Dr. Helms to you & all your staff!
You guys are the best. Your place is always immaculate, and the service is even better. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Dr Helms is the only dentist for me since moving to Raleigh in 2004. I would never think about going to another dentist.

Very good work by Dr. Helms and dental hygenist, April, preparing the tooth for a termporary crown, so that a root canal and later permanent crown csn be achieved. Good plan formulated by Dr. Helms.
