Dr. Helms staff was very professional. They were prompt and Lon time.. Didn't wait but 5 minutes in the waiting room. The staff was very courteous and thorough. I actually enjoyed my time at the dentist and look forward to coming back.
Dr. Helms and his staff make you feel welcomed, comfortable and most importantly, they take great care of your teeth! No fear, and no pain! Great experience!
Dr. Helms is always thorough, taking into consideration all pertinent factors. He is not only an excellent dentist, but sincerely cares about his patients and their families. Our first visit with him was 20 years ago, very late on a Friday night with a dental emergency. I have recommended him for 20 years and will continue to do so.
OMG everybody at Dr. Helms office is AWESOME!!! They always make you feel welcome and relaxed. They really care about their patients and are not out just to make a buck. I would highly recommend them!!!
I have been seeing Dr Helms for over 10 years now and my experiences are always great. My appointments are always on time if not earlier if I arrive before the scheduled time and I never feel rushed during the appt. Dr Helms and his staff will always answer any questions that I have and take all the time I need to discuss any options that my teeth encounter.
Upon entering this dental office, I was treated with utmost respect and concern. The treatment I received was of superior quality and professionalism! I will highly recommend Dr. Mark Helms to all I know!

Wonderful cleaning by Jeanie--she's thorough, friendly, gentle, and so caring. And the exam by Dr. Helms was thorough and he always takes time to chat for a minute. Wonderful dentist office--so happy to have such good care!
