Mark was thorough, responsive and patience with the multitude of questions I had as a first time home buyer!
This is the second time that I’ve worked with Mark financing a new home. The first time was back in 2000-2001. He made purchasing a home back then easy and efficient and he held true to form this time around as well. Actually, I believe this recent transaction was quicker! As before, Mark was on this deal from day one and stayed on top of it through closing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. Even my realtor and title company rep were impressed with Mark and his team.
Mark and his team were quick to answer my neverending questions and made the whole process easy. I'd recommend them to everyone looking for financing.

The customer service was exceptional. Every time I had a question or needed something answer you guys were there for me and always returned my calls and emails promptly. Made the whole house searching in process of buying a very easy.
I am very impressed with the response time from Mark and his staff when I had questions. Also happy Mark was on top of his game when it came to helping me understand the process and what to expect.
Mark was always willing to help us at odd hours of the day even. His response time was so fast! We look forward to working with mark again one day and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him with questions!
