Mark did the purchase of our home 8 years ago, and our recent refi. Both times, he listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, promptly and patiently answered all of our questions using his vast knowledge of the market, and enabled the entire process to be completed online (except the notarization, of course). We just refinanced to get a lower rate and pay off 2 rentals. We have worked with Mark before and have and would recommend him. He knows all the ins and outs because of his yeats of experience and besides that he is just a friendly good person!

Mark Teran and AP Mortgage have been great, we have just closed our third loan with him and we are working on our fourth for a rental property we are purchasing. Mark did a great job on our loans, we have what could be considered a difficult situation. After trying to refinance the property with bank that gave us the original loan for 4 months with no progress, we turned to Mark and he got it done at a better rate with much less pain even though one of the parties was out of country. We had such a good experience that we refinanced a second property which of course went through and now we are refinancing a third property. Mark has done two Mortgages for me. One a refi and the other a reverse. There were a lot of difficulties and time comstraints and Mark overcame them all. The moment I spoke with Mark Teran I knew we would have the best lending service. He knew the industry and helped us throughout the whole process including giving me insights as to the trend of the market rate. In the end, instead of paying to lock in our rate, we ended up having $$$$ in credit. That was a bonus! By the way, we closed only in 24 days.
