Mark Teran and AP Mortgage have been great, we have just closed our third loan with him and we are working on our fourth for a rental property we are purchasing. He has been great, solves problems, good rates and easy to work with. We highly recommend him that is why we keep going to him for our loans
Mark did a great job on our loans, we have what could be considered a difficult situation. After trying to refinance the property with bank that gave us the original loan for 4 months with no progress, we turned to Mark and he got it done at a better rate with much less pain even though one of the parties was out of country.
