When we decided to refinance our home we contacted our tax consultant. They recommended a Realtor/Mortgage Company. We went through all the time and paper work he requested. Each time I would ask him to provide a Estimate of the costs, or another question he said we didn't need it, or that it wasn't required. It sent RED FLAGS up. I knew he was giving me the run around.
