Marlyn was above and beyond wonderful to work with. She communicates quickly and clearly. She was also super patient and understanding with us when we had questions, she was always willing to explain things in a different way to make sure we were all on the same page. This was not our first home purchase but it was absolutely the easiest thanks to Marlyn's ability to communicate so well!!
