Having Marilyn on my team while buying my first house was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped my girlfriend and I understand the ins and outs of first time home buying. There was an issue with the Escrow company that the seller chose, and Marlyn made sure we didn't get fooled for any additional charges or nonsense. All in all after being underwritten and ready to go, I was able to close in 14 days. I will always recommend her and choose her for future property endeavors.
