RecommendedDoctor Alison to the rescue on a Sunday. Our 11 month old Kelpie wound up worst in the “ I will be first out the door beat the other 5 “ Not so !!! A fractured leg!! Cannot recommend these Vets more highly. MOONRUSH KELPIES! Robyn and Sarah
Perhaps the vets are excellent, I would never know. Reception staff refused service because they didn't think my pet required attention. Additionally also made inappropriate referral. Will never recommend. Just moved into town, this centre was recommended by the local Cavy shelter. I have fed back my experience to the shelter and they seemed quite surprised, again, bad front line staff. Had to drive 1h to a specialist vet in Brisbane instead. Well worth it. Such a waste of time dealing with this centre.

We definitely did not and would not ever refuse service of an animal, we had been advised to refer our exotic pet patients while Dr. Liam was away. Your guinea pig required urgent attention, which was mentioned on the phone as it could not wait till the weekend when Liam was available. Again, we are very sorry for the miscommunication and hope she is feeling better 🐾
