I hate the... (Verified Renter) I hate the parking at Marshall Park, but otherwise enjoyed living there. The garage spaces are tight, so there wasn't a lot of room in each spot to account for big cars (ugh the trucks!). No matter what management did, there were always jerks who would fly through it too quickly. The visitor parking was confusing - the kiosk where visitors would call to be let into the garage was not intuitive and was difficult to read on sunny days and in the dark. My wife and... (Verified Renter) My wife and I continually have a great experience with Candice, Aaron and Brea. Also the mainteinece personel have been super prompt and amzaingly couteous. The staff should get great praise and feel proud of how they represent Marshal Park. I would and will recommend this community to everyone I speak to. JOB WELL DONE!
The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is great, but the this from people walking above you wakes you up. I can deal with it during normal hours, but it is a nuisance in the middle of the night and early in the morning.

The noise from upstairs is disrespectful (sounds like an elephant is living above me) and my cell phone cuts out in my apartment. However, the office staff is amazing and the service requests have been handled promptly.
The move in... (Verified Renter) The move in process was not explained well at all! Had no clue how to set up mail! Apt was dirty upon move in. Everyone seems very friendly and attentive but just don?t think ahead. Keys didn?t work after a few days. Coffee down stairs is sometimes on at 6am and sometimes not. As these are not awful things it seems the little things add up! Also after move in no one really reached out to see how we were getting along !
