I love my... (Verified Renter) I love my apt and the amenities but more than that, i love management. They are kind and transparent, especially in the emails they send to the community whenever something happens like someone crashing through the entry gate, and keep everyone informed along every step in the process. Wonderful management makes recommending MP easy.

I really enjoyed... (Verified Renter) I really enjoyed the first 2.5 years of living here. However, the complex seemed to change the last 6 months. It seemed more of a party crowd began to move in, and I felt like there was a lack of respect for other residents (i.e. not respecting quiet hours or the basic rules the complex has in place with amenity spaces).
