I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community because of his awesome conversation. Getting to know us. The maintenance guy, I don't remember his name, and I started having some great conversations about church and Jesus and in that moment I knew I was supposed to be here.

Typical apartment issues.... (Verified Renter) Typical apartment issues. Mail missing, the occasional weed apartments, poo on ground, dog pee in hallway. Nothing too major. Seemed to have lots of parking deck gate issues. But office personnel are quick to communicate to the residents and pose a solution to the problem as well as implement the solution.
It got pretty... (Verified Renter) It got pretty loud from dogs barking throughout the day and there was a constant smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The fire alarms went off regularly which was annoying, and people drove VERY fast through the parking garage. Apart from those things, it was a great place to live.

To be honest... (Verified Renter) To be honest I will not have family members living in Raleigh; however, if they did I would feel comfortable recommending.
I would absolutely... (Verified Renter) I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone. Everyone is so nice and understanding. The staff is attentive, detail oriented and efficient. Bree in the front office is amazing and answers all my dumb questions and Shawn is the most efficient maintenance person I've ever had the pleasure of working with!
