Martin called us and asked if we wanted to REFINANCE. We have only been in the house for 2yrs. Martin was also our lender when we got the house so i already had trusted him. WE ALSO had the pathways to purchase. Martin explain everything throughly and was ALWAYS available. He is very professional.

Martin’s knowledge and natural willingness to go above an beyond was incredible. I had a situation where my closing may have been in jeopardy with a foot injury that I thought would impact my ability close on the house I was trying to get. Martin assured me that everything was going to be ok and worked his magic! I was able to close and get my keys while having to be at home with no mobility due to my injury. I cannot thank him enough!
