Very easy and smooth process.
Martin and the team at VIP mortgage really made the process so easy for us! They had wonderful customer service and were timely with getting our loan complete in time for closing! Their automated service made submitting documents easy, and we were also to have a zoom call to go over everything. I would highly recommend Martin and the VIP mortgage team!
This was a little bit of a difficult loan with the seller having gone with a relocation company. We ran into some repairs needed on the appraisal, but Martin pushed hard for us and got everything completed and we ended up with only a short 1 business day delay. Thank you Martin!
