We had a huge problem with the title company. There was someone in Ohio with the same name as my wife. It took me 10 minutes online to find out all the info about this person, age, address the sheriff's sale info for the house. Yet it took a month for us to prove the negative. This has never happened before. I know this is not Marty's fault and we would use him again, and if fact recommended him to my in-laws. But this title company needs to step it up!

Over all a really good experience with Martin and his team. Great communication, great system for uploading documents and signing documents, and great personal connection with me as a client. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it seems as though their underwriting process was not in house which led to them not having full control over timelines due to underwriting. All in all, they did everything they could to help us close on time and at a great rate of 2.75%.
