Martin and the staff at VIP were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They tailored my loan to my individual needs. Nothing felt cookie cutter about the process.
It was one of the best experience, I thought going into this was going to be a lot of hard work. But Martin made it seamless, I was very pleased with the open communication any question's ask he took the time to explain and enlighten me . Even when he was on vacation he answered my calls and emails, now that speaks volumes. The customer service was 100% above satisfactory, Like I said it was GREAT!

Marty was extremely willing to help and did whatever it took to get our loan closed! Communication was wonderful! Questions were always answered in a timely fashion and the loan process was explained thoroughly from start to finish. We could not be more pleased about doing business with VIP and will highly recommend Marty and his team to friends & family in the future.

VIP has a team who works hard to be prompt to returning phone calls and answering emails. Marty works night and day, like he never sleeps, to get you quick results. We emailed him late at night and he replied within minutes. He's honest and lays out all the benefits and options to you bet carefully. In a lamens terms so that we can understand it. I really enjoy working with Marty.
