all about money don't care about patient especially social worker Murphy never answers calls.. She has a very nasty disposition that needs to be worked on.
Poor care, no accountability from providers or administration, and non-exisitent communication with family about health and discharge status. Only one bright spot - the guy who answers the phone. Stay away.

first i would say that my mother lost her life behind catching the coronavirus from one of the nurses there,whom since the pandemic came around all nurses should have been tested on a daily basis and if they had a temperature they should not have been allowed in the building.. Also, they tried to keep my mother's conditions on a hush,hush from me until i literally had her sent to white plains hospital so she can get tested etc and that's when the drs called me and stated that she was positive from the virus.. days later she ... read more

Recently my mother suffered a stroke and was transferred to this facility to continue her rehabilitation. Not even 24 hours into her transfer when we received a call from uncontrollable sobbing mother asking us to please sign her out. The minute she arrived the very first thing they did was put a diaper on her which she didn’t need. Hours went by and no one ever return to see if she need anything. Staff can get better training in bed manners. Attend the patient when in need and not leave them in their own bodily fluid. Serve them food that is not moldy
