Beautiful awning that fits my needs. There were a few minor glitches, but they were taken care of immediately. Also, they let me use 10' awning arms until the backordered 12' came in. I can now enjoy my SW facing deck!
We booked an appointment to get a quote and see any virtual demos. Miaya Foley showed an array of high quality materials and set-ups. BTW, we were astonished to learn the company history began in Detroit across from Marygrove College. That did it for me! We purchased the Harbor Grey with White Frame with three Shade Screens and the option to install an outside outlet!
From the Sales person to the quick installation date and the installers were the best, very friendly, fast and neat, and explained exactly how everything works in a easy manner, thank you MaryGrove !!
Great company, sales people and products
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with, from the salesperson, to customer service when I had a question and the two installers were just great. Also. The product looks well made. Just was installed so I can’t speak about the durability, but I expect to to be at the same standard as the team!

Marygrove is the best company out there!! You cant find another company with better prices!! The rep from Marygrove Miaya Foley was so awesome friendly and polite and patient!! Answered all our questions and didnt rush us!! Cant wait to get ours put up!!
I haven't had mine installed yet but I appreciated a young woman sales person. (Miaya Foley) She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was efficient in placing my order. Having 3 adult daughters of my own, I always like to support a young woman who works hard. I usually don't make quick decisions on large purchases but I was impressed with Miaya's confidence and professionalism. I'll write another review after installation.
