Recommendedwas very impressed with the salesman, confirmed appointment and was prompt, knowledgeable and did not pressure me to making a decision. there were some technical problems that delayed my delivery but the young men that did the installation were pleasant, helped solve the technical problems and were very polite and knowledgeable. I feel the scheduling dept. could improve their system as you don't know until the day of installation what time they will arrive....surely they could let you know the day before so your not able... read more

RecommendedFrom my inquiry to installation, everything was simple and efficient! My sales rep Miaya made an appointment to meet with me right after I requested information. She was knowledgeable and helpful, showed all the options, and got my order going while she was still at my home. The install was scheduled a couple of weeks later, and the crew had it up and running in less than 45 minutes! My deck used to be in full sun from morning until about 4 pm.
