So far customer service has been great. The installers have been polite and very helpful. I wasn’t getting enough shade since I face West and they remedied that by installing the shade screen. I can now enjoy my patio again.

We love our awning! Our sales person David was so helpful and great to work with. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. And finally the electrician did an amazing job of making the electrical connection disappear- so neat and tidy! Really a great company to work with — recommend highly!

I have yet to receive the retractable awning for my home, but I must mention how pleased we are that we chose this company. Our sales rep Miaya was so professional and very pleasant to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the company and what they have to offer it’s customer. I genuinely loved her personality and how enthusiastic she was to ensure we were absolutely confident in the awning and the company. I can’t wait y to o get our awning installed. Thank you Miaya.
