So far customer service has been great. The installers have been polite and very helpful. I wasn’t getting enough shade since I face West and they remedied that by installing the shade screen. I can now enjoy my patio again.

We love our awning! Our sales person David was so helpful and great to work with. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. And finally the electrician did an amazing job of making the electrical connection disappear- so neat and tidy! Really a great company to work with — recommend highly!

I have yet to receive the retractable awning for my home, but I must mention how pleased we are that we chose this company. Our sales rep Miaya was so professional and very pleasant to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the company and what they have to offer it’s customer. Our sales person Carlos Gonzalez was terrific. He came prepared to explain the construction of the awning, samples of the materials, why Marygrove, extras that are standard with the product and the price with discounts applied. He explained it would be installed in late May. He said to think about about it for a couple of days, then let him know if we want to proceed. No high pressure.
