Our sales person Carlos Gonzalez was terrific. He came prepared to explain the construction of the awning, samples of the materials, why Marygrove, extras that are standard with the product and the price with discounts applied. He explained it would be installed in late May. He said to think about about it for a couple of days, then let him know if we want to proceed. No high pressure. Jeff came out to my home and was able to get me a Marygrove Awning the would fit with my roof line as I've been told by other companies it couldn't be done. My back deck faces south so I have sun almost all day can not go out and enjoy my deck. Can't wait to get my new awning.
