Miaya was simply great. She came out to my home and explained everything about the awning. She showed me the material and did a simulation that shows exactly how it will look. She’s also very responsive. Whenever I email her she calls me or emails back immediately. He customer service is amazing. I highly recommend Miaya.
Great company, I purchased two awnings this season, the first was purchased in late March installed in early April before the delays started. the second awning I ordered late April was installed in early August due to the delays, that were beyond their control. Excellent company to do business with from the first phone calls to the sales person coming out to the taking of the order and their continuous updates on the order and expected delivery to the actual installation of the awning with the most courteous crew members with absolute knowledge of the item and process. by far an excellent company hands down.
We had a long wait , materials being delayed. Not the companies fault we are all experiencing these problems . The team that came to do the installation had it done in short order and were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Not much time to enjoy it as we have had daily. rain and wind since it was installed . Anxious to get some sunny days before the snow comes. It is exactly what we wanted for the deck.
Men were friendly and knew what they were doing excellent service and fast
