RecommendedAll of them here are wonderful. We just had to put down our Lucky cat due to having kidney disease. They are so compassionate and caring to seeing us walking in and having us go back to the room right away to having a special blanket on the table and box of tissues. Thanks to everyone there!!

Hands down, best pet hospital ever! Dr. Mason is fantastic but actually they all are. I’ve had to see other Dr’s when I really needed to get my dogs in and they are all wonderful. They truly care about their patients.
I've been coming to MFPH for 4+ years now, first for my rabbits and now my dog. Each doctor we've ever seen has been caring, personable and professional. They go above and beyond in my opinion in many ways. When I have to leave my pet at the office they text, call or email which puts my anxiety mind at ease. I’ve been taking my pets to Mason Family Pet Hospital to nearly 20 years! The entire staff is wonderful and truly care about pets. My senior pup was in today for his annual exam and Dr. Mason was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, and helped make sure my “old man” is comfortable and happy.

Dr Carr is the best. She cares about my dogs, she answers my questions thoroughly in person and over the phone. She provides excellent care!
I moved out to Batavia after being with this family for a while. I had to switch because of distance and while I like my new vet; I truly miss everyone! Luckily I recommended my mom here and she loves it too so I get updates on how everyone is. Great staff! Excellent care! 💕
