RecommendedI found this place online while looking for someone to spay my bunny. I went for an initial check up and the vet was able to hold her and she trimmed Lulu's nails without a care in the world from lulu (I was amazed bc she never lets me get ahold of her). She got spayed this past Friday and everyone was kind and helpful. Lulu is doing AMAZING with her recovery. Thank you guys! (Plus they were very affordable compared to others!)
RecommendedBest pet hospital ever!!! Even though my poor Hooch dog was too far gone to save, they let me lay with him for a long time, and even after he was eauthanized, they let me stay with him for as long as I wanted, which was a loong time. I had him creamated and the ashes got put into this beautiful wood box and they made a perfect paw print of him. RecommendedFantastic practice. They got me in same day, the vet took the time to look into and explain everything I was seeing. The techs were kind yet still firm (in order to get stressful things done quickly. Even the office cat came over and bumped noses with My kitty. Could not have asked for a better experience.
RecommendedBest vet practice we've ever been to! We absolutely love Dr. Alessi!!! She helped us through the elderly years of our dog and the hard decision of putting her down with such patience and understanding. Now she is sharing in the joy of our new puppy. The office staff and vet techs are all wonderful and I'm constantly amazed at how low their prices are compared to what we have paid in the past. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
RecommendedI have found a vet that I plan to keep even though I moved to Florence, KY. All of the vets have been great with my boys. It's less convenient but worth the trip.
RecommendedI originally came to Mason Pet Hospital for a second opinion. I couldn't believe how the doctor related to my pets and explained everything in detail to me. I switched hospitals/dr that night. All of the doctors are great as well as their staff. Chris is friendly, helpful and a gem! I recommend Mason Family Pet Hospital to all of my friends!
