RecommendedFantastic practice. They got me in same day, the vet took the time to look into and explain everything I was seeing. The techs were kind yet still firm (in order to get stressful things done quickly. Even the office cat came over and bumped noses with My kitty. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Best vet practice we've ever been to! We absolutely love Dr. Alessi!!! She helped us through the elderly years of our dog and the hard decision of putting her down with such patience and understanding. Now she is sharing in the joy of our new puppy. The office staff and vet techs are all wonderful and I'm constantly amazed at how low their prices are compared to what we have paid in the past. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
I have found a vet that I plan to keep even though I moved to Florence, KY. All of the vets have been great with my boys. It's less convenient but worth the trip.
I originally came to Mason Pet Hospital for a second opinion. I couldn't believe how the doctor related to my pets and explained everything in detail to me. I switched hospitals/dr that night. All of the doctors are great as well as their staff. Chris is friendly, helpful and a gem! I recommend Mason Family Pet Hospital to all of my friends!

Today was our first visit to Mason Family Pet with Cheza since she was due for vaccines and was looking for something closer to home. It was an awesome experience and I will be sticking with this vet from now on! Thank you so much for the insight and for taking the time to get to know Cheza today!
We have found the perfect place to help our beloved pet babies as well as ourselves. We recently had to let our baby go, and the doctor and staff were kind, gracious and compassionate beyond measure.
