Do not enroll in any massage envy. It is a total scam. My mother recently passed away and was a member for years. She has 22 massages built up when she died and they refuse to give a refund. After complaining the manager, Ia, offered to transfer the service to my father, but he has to use them within 60 days or loose them. That would be getting a massage every other day! It's not a 60 or 90 minute massage. Big part of why I cancelled my contract. I have had almost all good massage therapist. The front desk girls do need work on customer service. I hope someone from corporate emails me about one long year of Massage Envy massages!

I received a gift certificate so I decided to try it. It took me three calls to schedule the appointment. First call left me on hold 12 minutes only to come back and take my # to call back. Never called back. I called again a couple of days later and the person who answered the phone laughed at me and was extremely rude and patronizing. Stating that there was no way to get me anywhere near Valentine's day three weeks away. The week before v. Day I called again and was given the appointment I wanted, no problem.
