Cancelled my appointment at the last minute despite MULTIPLE confirmations via text and had ZERO offer to provide for the inconvenience. I was unapologetically told texts are automated and you’ll continue to receive those, and they’ve tried calling me several times. This company has zero problem spamming my Inbox daily, so I find it hard to believe that if you cancel so last minute, you can’t call, text, email—and offer something for the inconvenience because the service isn’t cheap.

RecommendedI wish I can change my recommendation to not recommend. August 4, 2023 I had a massage scheduled at 30985 Orchard Lake Farmington Hills, Michigan 48334 location and it was wonderful!!! The massage therapist I had was absolutely the BEST! Come to find out that was her first day. I told the receptionist that I want her down for my future massages. RecommendedI do recommend Cristoff or Kaci but, I would avoid Blake unless you are looking to add to your pain. she really really hurt me, pushing down with her knuckles and refused to ease up. I told her I was struggling to breath so she put my hair forward, put a towel over my head and pushed my face down into the head rest while I had a mask on by her insistence. I finally jumped up from the table and said "we're done here". worst experience ever!

Front staff are SNOOTY AND INCONSIDERATE! They don’t care and the policy is horrible. I do not recommend getting tangled up in this place. NOW Kristen the therapist is sweet! But the face of the store matters and they’re the first people we see. Abby and Paige were very inconsiderate about my situation, were sarcastic and SNOOTY! I promise I’ll be taking this to corporate and telling everyone I know to avoid going here. It’s an UNFAIR system!

Steer clear. I used to love this place and then they changed ownership. Not at all happy with this Massage Envy now. Hard to get the time you want, not very clean and massages are not the best. All the good staff left because of the new owners. Also, be careful of your contract if you try to cancel membership they play games with words like freezing Vs canceling and then start charging again and won’t refund your money. I would not recommend this Massage Envy to anyone.
