RecommendedGreat place, great staff and massages, but a waste of time if you attempt to engage them to fix your ME mobile app. I have tried for nearly a year to get access so I can search and book online, but nobody seems to be able to, or want to help. Sad that a customer who pays for a monthly massage can’t even check his account on the app or desktop. This lack of technical knowledge makes me suspicious on how they can securely, accurately and routinely charge my Amex for my membership.
